Welcome to ReGame PCs, operated by KM Online Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website or sending you a notification). Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products and Services

We provide custom-built gaming PCs using a mix of new and refurbished components. By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for informational purposes only and may vary from the actual product
• We may use refurbished or secondhand components in our PC builds, which will be clearly identified in your build recommendation
• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information.

Payment must be received in full before we begin building your PC. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our custom PC builds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. The product must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

For defective products, we will repair or replace any component that fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period at no cost to you.

8. Warranty

All of our custom PC builds come with a standard warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications.

Individual components may be covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by component. We will assist you in processing warranty claims with manufacturers when applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KM ONLINE VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, AND (B) $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KM Online Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content and materials included on the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of KM Online Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Services or any content provided through the Services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [Your Jurisdiction], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction therein.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and KM Online Ventures LLC concerning the Services.
