1. WARRANTY OVERVIEW
ReGame PCs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that your gaming computer system and its components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the periods specified below. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
2. WARRANTY COVERAGE
2.1 What Is Covered
- All hardware components included in your original ReGame PC system
- Professional assembly, cable management, and system integration
- System stability and performance as specified
- All pre-installed software and drivers (90 days)
- Technical support and troubleshooting assistance
2.2 Warranty Periods
- Complete Systems: 3 years parts and labor (RX3 40G and above), 2 years (entry-level systems)
- Individual Components: As specified by manufacturer warranty, minimum 1 year
- Labor and Assembly: Full warranty period as specified above
- Software Support: 90 days from delivery date
2.3 Coverage Details
- Repair or replacement of defective components at our discretion
- All shipping costs for warranty repairs (both directions)
- No charge for labor, diagnostics, or technical support during warranty period
- Advanced replacement service available for critical components
3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
3.1 What Is NOT Covered
- Physical Damage: Damage from accidents, drops, impacts, mishandling, liquid spills, fire, flood, natural disasters, pet damage, or environmental contamination
- Misuse and Modifications: Overclocking beyond factory specs, unauthorized repairs, use of incompatible components, removal/alteration of serial numbers or warranty labels
- Software Issues: Virus infections, user-installed software conflicts, OS reinstallation (beyond 90 days), data loss/corruption
- Normal Wear: Cosmetic wear, fan noise increase, gradual performance degradation, battery degradation
- Commercial Use: Cryptocurrency mining, 24/7 operation, commercial/industrial/server/rental/resale use
4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES
- Contact our technical support team for troubleshooting
- Register your system at regamepcs.com/warranty (required for coverage)
- Have your order number, serial number, and purchase date available
- Document the issue with detailed description and any error messages
- Contact ReGame PCs support via phone, email, or online portal
- Provide proof of purchase and system registration
- Complete our warranty claim form with issue details
- Await Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if physical return required
- Package system securely using original packaging when possible
Processing Timeline
- Initial response: Within 24-48 hours
- RMA issuance: Within 2-3 business days of approved claim
- Repair completion: 5-10 business days from receipt
- Return shipping: 2-5 business days via expedited service
5. REMEDIES AND LIMITATIONS
- Your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of defective components or systems at our discretion
- We may substitute functionally equivalent components of equal or greater value
- Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the system
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
- This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners with proof of transfer (may be subject to reduced coverage periods)
6. GENERAL TERMS
- Systems must be registered within 30 days of delivery to receive full warranty coverage
- Unregistered systems receive minimum manufacturer component warranties only
- Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
